Late. Ayyanar Thevar at the hands of the 6th respondents herein on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2021.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law as against the sixth respondent herein and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) as compensation for the custodial violence/physical injuries sustained by A.Servara Muthu S/o. Late. Ayyanar Thevar at the hands of the sixth respondent herein on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2021.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 06.01.2021.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
