Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16139 of 2017, dated 24.11.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 08.02.2018 to till date, without any deviation. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, monthly once, i.e., the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
