RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone to delay of 487 days in filing the instant Civil Revision Petition against the Judgment and Decree dated 23.02.2015 passed I.A.No.75 of 2012 in O.S.No.226 of 1998 on the file of the Principal Sub-ordinate Judge at Nagercoil and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.PANDIVEL, Advocate for the sole respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to condone the delay of 487 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Mr.Pandivel, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 487 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Rojavanam Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
