RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in the above Crl.O.P.(MD)No.343 of 2018 on 9.1.2018 in connection with the Crime No.366 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SEVUGARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.343 of 2018, dated 09.01.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is abiding the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition from 13.01.2018 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is abiding the condition without any deviation and the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday, at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
