RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10603 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 12995 of 2017 dated 22.11.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10603 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12995 of 2017, dated 22.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation from 15.12.2017 to till date. He further submitted that after completion of investigation, the charge sheet has been filed. 4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complying with the condition without any deviation from 15.12.2017, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
