Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, especially the 3rd respondent to provide sufficient water supply to meet the daily requirement of water in the High Court of Madurai Bench campus for various purposes, where public are visiting in large number and to direct the 3rd respondent to instruct his subordinates to ensure that sufficient quantity of water is being supplied to the High Court campus daily without any interruption.
