The learned counsel for the petitioner states that necessary compensation has been paid towards acquisition of the lands of the petitioner herein in Survey No.273/3B in Door No.3/175A measuring 0.46.00 part / Ares at Parambupatti Village, Perungudi Panchayat, Madurai District. Since the compensation has been paid, no further issue arises for adjudication.
