Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.L.GEORGE PAUL ANTO, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5274 of 2017 in Crl.A.(MD)No.188 of 2017, dated 21.06.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.5274 of 2017 in Crl.A(MD)No.188 of 2017, dated 21.06.2017, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in three months i.e., on the first working day of every three months at 10.30 a.m., starts from April 2019, until further orders.
