This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to mutate the patta for the lands in Survey Nos.108B/11A3 (measuring an extent of 0.05 hectares), 108B/11B (measuring an extent of 0.10 hectares), and 108B/11C (measuring an extent of 0.01 hectares), situated at Vagaikulam Revenue Village, Tiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022 and reminder dated 08.08.2024, by correcting the wrong entries with respect to the pattadars' names within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

Though a larger relief has been sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022, and reminder dated 08.08.2024, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 12.12.2022, and reminder dated 08.08.2024 with respect to the classification of the land in Survey No.108B/11B (measuring an extent of 0.10 hectares) as 'Government Poramboke' and for the issuance of the patta for the lands in Survey Nos. 108B/11A3 (measuring an extent of 0.05 hectares) and 108B/11C (measuring an extent of 0.01 hectares), on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 (twelve) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the first respondent shall give an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner before passing final order. Page No. 3 of 5
