RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.MP (MD)No. 9595 of 2017 dated 26.10.2017 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 12971/2017 dated 27.09.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9595 of 2017, dated 26.10.2017 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.12971 of 2017, dated 27.09.2017, for executing the sureties.

2. This Court, by order dated Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9595 of 2017, dated 26.10.2017 extended the time for two weeks to execute the sureties, with regard to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12971 of 2017, dated 27.09.2017. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and the time for executing the sureties is extended for a further period of two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall automatically dismissed.
