This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent against the present petitioner was enquired into and was also closed in C.No.R4/45/1434/2021 and that the respondent police did not harass the petitioner.
