PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.483 of BNSS,2023. PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 257 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.07.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 120(B), 307, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.257 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the matter was posted for framing of charges on 10.12.2024 and since A3 did not appear on that day, NBW was issued and the case is posted for hearing on 05.02.2024 for framing of charges.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also brought to the notice of this Court that, NBW was issued against the petitioner on 18.12.2023 and it was able to be executed only on 11.07.2024.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further brought to the notice of this Court that there are twelve previous cases against the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Atleast the charges will have to be framed 2/3

and thereafter this Court will consider granting bail to the petitioner. The petitioner can revive his claim after the charges are framed.
