ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A4 to A6 in Crime No.125 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the brother of the first accused was done to death by the deceased and in order to take vengeance, the accused attacked the deceased with arival and caused his death.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the accused 2 and 3 are the parents of the first accused and the petitioners are friends of the first accused and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and that the petitioners are innocent persons and the petitioners are languishing in jail for more than 79 days.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) opposed the bail petition stating that it is a case of retaliation murder and still tensed situation is prevailing. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) further submitted that major part of investigation is over.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, and on further condition that the petitioners shall stay at Dindigul District and appear before Dindigul Town Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders. sd/- 25/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
