: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to finalize the voters list(Form-VI) and direct to conduct a fair election under the supervision of this Court for the election to be held for the period of 2020 to 2023 of the Petitioner's church namely Tirunelveli C.M.S Evangelical Church Society, Registration NO.2/1925-26, Renumbered as 4/1982 by considering the Petitioner's representations dated 31.12.2019 and 17.12.2019 to the respondents within the time stipulated by this Court.
