ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 who was remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 31.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act in Crime No.538 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused/tee petitioner was carrying 20 kgs of ganja in one two wheeler.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel further submitted that the coaccused in this case was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10877 of 2015 on 22.06.2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the the petitioner has two previous cases.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to

the satisfaction of the learned Additional Principal Sessions Judge (NDPS Act Cases), Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 6.00 p.m until further orders.
