Prayer in W.P(MD)No.1838 of 2025 : This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for records relating to the proceedings in RC.No.95/2023/LB/SIC, dated 13.10.2025 by the respondent and quash the all notices as void-ab-initio, illegal and without jurisdiction and pass such further or other orders. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that in the connected matter, this Court has passed an order of Status Quo and the same order may be passed in the present petition also.

2.But the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that they have to call for the required authorities for the inspection and they have to fix a date and they may be permitted to proceed with the other process. 3.Heard both sides.

4.The respondent is directed not to visit the buildings in question till the pronouncement of order and they are at liberty to proceed with the other process.
