This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent herein to grant parole to the petitioner's son namely AJITH @ AJAMAITHEEN S/o Sayed Mohamed convict No.4414 who is now confined in Central Prison, Madurai for a period of one month from 30.06.2015 to 30.07.2015.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has produced a letter dated

29.06.2015, by which the petitioner's son has been given 30 days ordinary parole.

4.In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
