This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(1) (b) of Cr.P.C to modify the condition as imposed on the petitioner dated 23.11.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.3371 of 2017 by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (Prevention of Atrocities Act), Thirunelveli while releasing him on bail in connection with Crime No.108 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent Police. Order:This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments Mr.S.Sathya Chidambaram and Government Advocate appearing for Respondents Nos.1 and 2, the Coure made the following order:

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16716 of 2017, dated 07.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 08.01.2018 without any deviation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 08.01.2018, hence, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 07.12.2017 made in Cr.O.P.(MD)No.16716 of 2017, is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on first working day of every month until further orders.
