2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is hereby directed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10257 of 2022, dated 18.07.2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
