ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the second respondent to submit withdrawal form to the first respondent in respect of the Employee No.85170 with Account No.MH34020/018720.

2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the second respondent is the employer and the petitioner is working in the second respondent Company. The second respondent has failed to submit the withdrawal form to the first respondent. 3.In view of the fact that the second respondent is a private Company and the writ petitioner is an employee in a Private Company, if at all any grievance exist for the submission of withdrawal form to the Provident Fund Organization, the petitioner is bound to approach the competent authority of the Organization under the provisions of the Statute and the writ petition is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P(MD).No.5105 of 2011 entertainable. This Court cannot issue any direction to the second respondent, who is a Private Company and therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
