SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12515 of 2017, dated 22.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 26.11.2017 without any deviation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 26.11.2017, hence, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2017 made in Cr.O.P.(MD)No. 12515 of 2017, is modified to the extend that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on first working day of every month until further orders.
