Side),on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1370 of 2019 on 05.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1370 of 2019 on 05.02.2019 regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1370 of 2019 on 05.02.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
