O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No. 320 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) for the first respondent would submit that after completing enquiry, they filed Final Report and it was taken on file by the Trial Court and now, S.T.C.No.51 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri is pending. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

3.The prayer sought for in this petition is to quash the FIR in Crime No.320 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent. In the mentime, the second respondent filed Final Report. As per the FIR, there are some allegations to constitute the offence as against the petitioners. Therefore, it is for the petitioners to challenge the Final Report in the manner known to Page No. 2 of 4

law, if they are aggrieved.

4. In view of the same, preserving the liberty of the petitioners to challenge the Final Report in the manner known to law, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
