ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to change the investigation in Crime No.105 of 2015 from the file of the third respondent to any other competent officer within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It appears that there is a case in counter. The petitioner's case has been registered in Crime No.105 of 2015 and complaint has been received against the petitioner in Crime No.106 of 2015. Both cases are pending on the file of the respondent No.2. Seeking to change the investigation, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 4.Though a larger relief has been asked for, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice, the first respondent is directed to supervise the investigation.

5.Considering the same, the first respondent is directed to supervise and monitor the investigation being conducted by the respondent No.2. The respondent No.2 is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
