The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the cause title of the order dated 29.01.2026 in W.P.(MD)No.685 of 2026, the name of the respondent is mentioned as 'The Sub Collector, Devakottai, Sivagangai District' instead of 'The Sub Registrar, Devakottai, Sivagangai District'. He therefore, prayed for appropriate orders.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the above correction in the cause title and copy to of the order dated 29.01.2026 in W.P.(MD)No.685 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
