This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to subdivide the land in S.No.680-1B2 and in S.No.681/2 of Thethupatti Village, Aravakuruchi Taluk Karur District and issue separate patta in the name of petitioner for its land by considering his representation dated 22.09.2020.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already sold the property. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
