This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members and for the enjoyment of her properties, by considering the petitioners complaint dated 08.01.2024.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.
4.According to the petitioner, she sent the complaint, dated 08.01.2024, but the same was not considered. According to the third respondent, the petitioner's complaint was considered and closed. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps to challenge the closure of the complaint, in the manner known to law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the third respondent, if any criminal activities done by the private respondents, in the manner known to law. 28.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
