petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 170 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 170 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Rojavanam Homeless and Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
