ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.156 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent has already completed the investigation and charge sheet is ready and he has produced the copy of the final report before this Court and that they are going to file the charge sheet shortly.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the concerned Court. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 12.01.2023 NCC :
