ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.261 of 2022 dated 15.04.2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and the same is yet to be taken on file.
