Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent viz., the District Collector, Madurai District, to cancel the Legal Heir Ship Certificate in Pa.Moo.No.25878/2010/C1, dated 06.10.2010, issued by the sixth respondent, viz., The Tahsildar, Madurai South, on the basis of the reports of the eighth respondent, viz., the Village Administrative Officer-27, Madakkulam Group and also the seventh respondent, viz., the Revenue Inspector-Madurai West, to the 10th to 13th respondents.
