O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.08.2013 in CSR No.584 of 2013 as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 01.08.2013, but the second respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 05.10.2013.
