ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the second respondent to register a case upon the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10.02.2015 against the accused and investigate in a proper perspective manner in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
