Learned Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the Petitioner and the Second Respondent, who had received a sum of Rs.2,30,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Thirty Thousand only) as one time settlement and he has also filed a memo dated 27.04.2021 to that effect, which is placed on record. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing remains for consideration in this Writ Petition. 3.
