Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate ( Criminal Side) for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20351 of 2018 on 23.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 28.12.2018 to till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in

Crl.O.P.No.20351 of 2018 on 23.11.2018, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent weekly twice i.e on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 10/01/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
