RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily i.e. evening at 05.30 P.M until further orders in Crl.OP.No.17905 of 2017 dated 22.12.2017 in Crime No. 478/2017 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LAJAPATHIROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.

17905 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation. He further submitted that after completion of investigation, the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation and since the petitioner is working as Teacher in Theni District, the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
