Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.05.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that on completion of the investigation, the F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.443 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii)of IPC.
