The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.110 of 2020 on the file of the respondent and to file a final report. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.110 of 2020, has already been completed and final report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Singampuneri, in C.C.No.72 of 2020.

3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
