CHAKKARAVARTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9581 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13145 of 2017, dated 02.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 06.11.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 06.11.2017, hence, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 02.11.2017 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9581 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13145 of 2017, is entirely relaxed.
