No.37/2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The accused was granted anticipatory bail on condition that he would pay a sum of Rs.2,10,000/- to the defacto complainant directly. He stated that the the payments made by the accused leaves a short fall of Rs.60,000/-. To cancel the anticipatory bail, this petition came to be filed.

3. Today, the accused pays a sum of Rs.20,000/- by way of Demand Draft to the defacto complainant. The learned counsel appearing for the accused seeks two more months to pay the balance amount of Rs.40,000/-.

4. Recording the undertaking that the accused would pay the balance amount of Rs.40,000/- within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
