Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from interfering with the civil dispute with regard to the petitioner's Punja Land viz., Thenpothuvakudi Village, Paramakudi Sub Division, Ramanathapuram District, comprised in Survey No.187/2, Patta No.109, to an extend of 5 Acre 29 cents and not to demand the petitioner to hand over the property in favour of the Respondents 4 and 5.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the police from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this writ petition, the police have stopped interference.

W.P.(MD).No.11413 of 2013 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that the dispute will be agitated before the competent Civil Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and it is left open to the parties to agitate their rights before the competent Civil Court.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
