ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that no complaint is pending before the second respondent.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent No.2 on 07.07.2015 along with a fresh complaint and thereafter, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
