This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass final orders in the arbitration proceedings pending under the National Highways Act, wherein the petitioner has sought for the enhancement of compensation.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the first respondent submitted that the enquiry has been completed and that the final orders will be passed within the time frame fixed by this Court. 3.Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders in the pending arbitration proceedings within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
