This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2024, in relation to the Patta in Patta No.717.

2. Though the prayer mentions the date of the representation as 24.01.2024, no representation was made on that date. It is evident from the records that the petitioner sent representations to the first to third respondents on 05.12.2024 and 04.01.2025. The petitioner had earlier submitted a petition to the first respondent on 12.01.2024. Pursuant to the same, the first respondent, by a proceeding dated 24.01.2024, directed the third respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's petition dated 12.01.2024. Since the third respondent has not considered the matter, the petitioner has sent the aforementioned representations to the first to third respondents on 05.12.2024 and 04.01.2025. Page No. 2 of 4

3. Be that as it may, considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 05.12.2024 and 04.01.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that an opportunity shall be given not only to the petitioner but also to the third to fifth respondents before passing any orders.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 10.01.2025 Index: Yes/ No Speaking Order / Non-Speaking Order JEN Copy To:
