1065 of 2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1065 of 2018, dated 23.01.2018, for producing sureties before Magistrate.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to poverty the petitioners could not able to mobilize the fund to execute sureties before the concerned Court within the time prescribed by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the time for producing the sureties is extended to two weeks from 22.02.2018.
