ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Magistrate Court in Crime No.280 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent Police within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that the matter has been transferred to the respondent No.3.

4. Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of four months from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
