SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.131 of 2018, dated 05.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 10.01.2018 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ completed and charge sheet has been filed on 25.01.2018.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 10.01.2018, hence, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.131 of 2018, is entirely relaxed.
