PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction not to harass her under the guise of an enquiry.

Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents Police, on instructions would submit that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered in C.S.R.No.1 of 2024 and after enquiry, the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
