Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A. SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16162 of 2017, dated 08.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the first petitioner is complying the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ from 31.12.2017 to till date and the second petitioner is complying

the condition from 03.01.2018 to till date. Further submitted that charge sheet yet to be filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
