RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court Crl O.P No. 20291 of 2022 dated 17.11.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMAKRISHNA DASS.N.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S VEERANTHIRAN M, GOVernment Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20291 of 2022, dated 17.11.2022. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20291 of 2022, dated 17.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli, on 31.01.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Special Judge, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
